自1983年進(jìn)入酒店行業(yè)以來，尚國(guó)治先生先后供職于長(zhǎng)城飯店、凱賓斯基、建國(guó)酒店集團(tuán)等企業(yè)。2015年4月，他正式出任北京市內(nèi)最大的會(huì)議酒店——北京國(guó)際飯店總經(jīng)理。作為首旅集團(tuán)麾下的職業(yè)經(jīng)理人，他勇于探索，創(chuàng)新求變，以果敢前瞻的思路和高效卓越的執(zhí)行力創(chuàng)造了出色的業(yè)績(jī)，贏得了業(yè)內(nèi)外的贊譽(yù)。近年來，在國(guó)營(yíng)高端酒店市場(chǎng)連續(xù)下行的趨勢(shì)下，他帶領(lǐng)的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了北京國(guó)際飯店從政務(wù)市場(chǎng)向商務(wù)市場(chǎng)的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。2016年，他又開始規(guī)劃了以全新的業(yè)態(tài)組合為主題的飯店經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，立足北京功能核心區(qū)調(diào)整的未來形勢(shì)，通過結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整最優(yōu)化、空間利用最大化，達(dá)到經(jīng)營(yíng)利潤(rùn)和社會(huì)效益的最佳勢(shì)能，推動(dòng)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)酒店的有機(jī)更新。
         Since entering the hotel industry in 1983, Mr. Shang Guozhi has worked for the Great Wall Hotel, Kempinski, Jianguo Hotel Group and other companies. In April 2015, he officially became the general manager of Beijing International Hotel, the largest conference hotel in Beijing.
