今天，我在上海浦東工作，被助手安排和復(fù)星集團(tuán)全球合伙人，復(fù)星旅游文化集團(tuán)董事長兼總裁錢建農(nóng)在上海萬達(dá)瑞華利用簡餐時間會談了一個小時。復(fù)星集團(tuán)是一個傳奇企業(yè)，它的老板郭廣昌曾是中國首富。錢建農(nóng)，所學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)專業(yè)，2009年進(jìn)入復(fù)星集團(tuán)前是在美國某醫(yī)藥上市企業(yè)和德國兩跨國集團(tuán)任高管，也算是極其優(yōu)秀的“跨界大叔”一枚。

錢建農(nóng)總裁進(jìn)入復(fù)星集團(tuán)后則在短短幾年時間主導(dǎo)完成了“全球發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略”，“布局文化和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)”，“利用資本進(jìn)行海外收購和并購”，以及“法國地中海俱樂部”和加拿大國寶級演藝公司太陽馬戲團(tuán)、印度最大的OTA  “Make  My  Trip”等的投資收購，投資三亞亞特蘭蒂斯酒店和“托邁酷客”品牌，以及在中國三亞、桂林、西安、麗江等旅游發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)進(jìn)行“文旅綜合體”或“旅游+健康快樂綜合體”的“集合式投資”。

錢建農(nóng)和本人的觀點是一致的，他認(rèn)為，中國當(dāng)下旅游投資開發(fā)的“亂像”比較多，投資巨多，文化內(nèi)涵卻少，真正意義上的休閑度假產(chǎn)品不多，所以，中國未來的文化和旅游、健康+快樂旅游這種綜合功能強(qiáng)，有消費(fèi)升級空間的項目會是有生命力和投資價值的。他認(rèn)為，目前，復(fù)星集團(tuán)在酒店的休閑度假板塊營收已經(jīng)在全球做到最大了，以后這方面我們將會做得更好。

我曾在1995年發(fā)表過一篇《從帳篷營地到法國地中海俱樂部》的文章，也算是和復(fù)星集團(tuán)這個收購“地中海俱樂部”的企業(yè)有緣份了。我和錢建農(nóng)總裁短時間的會談，主要還是對“文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)”這個詞有些“輕輕觸碰”。文化和旅游未來怎么個“和”呢？希望中國不能再有“搞運(yùn)動”式的旅游投資開發(fā)了，投資開發(fā)“旅游小鎮(zhèn)”、“鄉(xiāng)村旅游”、“全域旅游”等等如果是變相搞房地產(chǎn)，破壞了生態(tài)環(huán)境，破壞了家鄉(xiāng)的好山好水，那我們這一代有如“罪人”！

錢建農(nóng)總裁這幾年在復(fù)星集團(tuán)“擔(dān)子越挑越重”，因為優(yōu)秀和懂國際、國內(nèi)的資本和市場需求，所以在董事會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下做了不少可圈可點的實事，行業(yè)“傳說”中的錢總裁也是一個典范……

我們的會談時間短，對幾個重要方面的討論也沒有展開來聊和研究，只有留給下次再進(jìn)行“碰撞和燒腦”，我們也同時期待，中國的“文化和旅游”正真能在“文旅”方面“和”得更好，能給更多民營企業(yè)帶來諸多利好福音。

Today, I work in Shanghai, and have a simple meal and talk with Qian Jiannong in Shanghai Wanda Reign, a global partner and chairman of Fosun Group, which was arranged by my assistant. Fosun Group is a legend, whose owner Guo Guangchang was the richest man in China. Qian Jiannong, major in economics, working for Fosun Group, a foreign-owned pharmaceutical listed business in 2009, is also considered to be an excellent " uncle of cross-border".

After entering the Fosun Group, President Qian Jiannong led the completion of the "Global Development Strategy", "Layout of Culture and Tourism Industry", "Overseas Acquisitions and Mergers with Capital Cost" within a few short years . And "Mediterranean Club of France", Cirque Du Soleil, known as a national treasure of Canada, “Make  My  Trip” of OTA, the largest company of India, those all have been made an investment. Investment of Atlantis Hotel and “Thomas Cook”, as well as Sanya, Guilin, Xi'an, Lijiang, etc. of China, where tourism is more mature, he also invests in “complex of culture and tourism” and “complex of tourism + health + happiness”.

I have the same idea with Qian Jiannong. What he think is there are a lot of non-standard phenomenones on tourist investment. Actually, products for leisure vacation are hardly significant. Therefore, The future of culture and tourism industry of China, project of “complex of tourism + health + happiness” is valuable, having a huge space for upgrading consumption. He believes that at present, Fosun Group has been the best in the world on leisure vacation , and will do even better in the future.

In 1995, I published an article named From the Tent Camp to the French Mediterranean Club, which was also linked to Fosun group. In my brief meeting with President Qian Jiannong, we just touched on the phrase "Cultural Tourism Industry" softly. What is the “culture and tourism”? I hope that China will not do some tourism investment and development in a campaign style, puting emphasis on "Tourist Town", "Rural Tourism" and "Global Travel", etc. These are totally real estate development will destroy the ecological environment, the hometown, the place with good mountains and waters. Finally we will become the"sinner" for descendants !

President Qian Jiannong take more responsibilities in Fosun Group in recent years due to his outstanding ability and deep understanding of the international market. So Qian did a lot of commendable things for the board of directors.

Our talk time is short, even didn’t have time to make further discussion and study about several important aspects of the industry. I am look forward to next meet with Qian. We do hope that China's "Cultural and Tourism" industry can be done real good, meanwhile brings many good news to more private enterprises.
